These terms apply to your use of the Backdrop by Sakshi website and to enquiries you make through it. Our planning services are provided under a separate written agreement with each client, and that agreement is what governs the work we do together.

Backdrop by Sakshi is a boutique wedding planning and consulting studio based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
02/Using this website
You may browse this website and use the contact form for lawful, personal purposes. Please do not misuse it, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit information that is false or belongs to someone else.
The information on this website is for general guidance about our services. It is not a quote or an offer until we confirm it to you in writing.
03/Enquiries and consultations
Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or any obligation for you or for us. After you get in touch we will arrange an introductory call and, where it makes sense for both sides, prepare a proposal.
04/Bookings, fees and payments
Our services, fees, payment schedule and cancellation or rescheduling terms are set out in the written agreement we sign with each client. A booking is confirmed only once that agreement is signed and any agreed advance is received.
05/Service partners and third parties
We work with trusted photographers, decorators, caterers, venues and other service partners. Where they are engaged on your behalf, we coordinate their work, but each partner is responsible for the services they provide. Third-party websites and services linked from this site are not under our control.
06/Photos and content
The images, text, logo, name and design on this website belong to Backdrop by Sakshi or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Photographs of events are used on this website and in our marketing only with the agreement of the people they feature.
07/Limitation of liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
08/Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
09/Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
